• A Proxmox-based VPS platform serving hundreds of B2B and data collection teams

We're looking for a Web Automation Engineer who enjoys hard reliability problems — anti-bot friction, flaky browsers, proxy behavior — and takes pride in systems that keep working under load.

You'll work with engineering and infrastructure on automation that exercises our proxy network and supports customer workflows at scale.

What You Will Own

You will:

• Design and build web automation for data collection and browser-driven workflows

• Validate proxy behavior across protocols, locations, and edge cases

• Harden automation against bot detection, CAPTCHAs, and site changes

• Improve reliability, throughput, and observability of automation fleets

• Diagnose failures across browser, network, and proxy layers

• Partner with platform and network engineers on performance and quality signals

• Document playbooks and contribute reusable automation libraries

Responsibilities

1. Automation Systems

• Build and maintain browser and HTTP automation pipelines

• Design resilient retries, scheduling, and failure handling

• Scale workers and sessions without sacrificing success rates

• Keep automation adaptable as target sites change

2. Proxy Validation & Quality

• Continuously test proxy pools for success rate, latency, and correctness

• Surface quality regressions early with clear alerts and reports

• Reproduce customer-facing failures and pin them to root causes

• Feed validation signals back into product and infrastructure decisions

3. Reliability & Tooling

• Improve logging, metrics, and debugging for automation jobs

• Reduce flaky tests and false failures

• Automate repetitive operational checks

• Ship libraries and patterns the rest of engineering can reuse

4. Collaboration

• Work with infrastructure and platform teams on proxy and network behavior

• Support customer-facing investigations when automation exposes product issues

• Share findings that improve the proxy product itself
