Acceptable Use Policy

HypeProxies’ network, infrastructure, IP address resources, servers, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) may be used only for lawful and legitimate business purposes. Use of the Services is subject to the applicable Master Services Agreement, Order Form, or Service Terms.

HypeProxies maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward illegal, abusive, or network-harmful activities. HypeProxies reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

Prohibited Activities

Customer may not use the Services to engage in, facilitate, or support any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful to network stability, or violates third-party rights. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, traffic flooding, or network disruption

• Transmission of spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or automated mass posting

• Ad fraud, click fraud, or artificial traffic generation

• Impersonation, spoofing, phishing, or deceptive identity practices

• Creation or operation of fake accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes

• Unauthorized collection of non-public or protected data in violation of applicable laws or contractual restrictions

• Unauthorized access attempts, vulnerability scanning, or exploitation of third-party systems

• Any activity that materially degrades or interferes with the performance of HypeProxies’ network or upstream providers

• Resale or redistribution of Services without prior written approval from HypeProxies

• Use of Services in connection with illegal gambling, fraud schemes, or financial scams

• Any activity that infringes intellectual property rights or privacy rights

• Any use that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulation
