SMS Terms

These SMS Terms cover the Hype Proxies Alerts text-messaging program, run by HypeStatus Inc DBA HypeProxies (“Hype Proxies”, “we”, “us”). They’re part of our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy also applies.

1. What we send

  • Marketing messages: recurring offers, discount codes, restock and availability alerts, and news about our proxies and servers.

    • They go by SMS and, if you opted in to WhatsApp, by WhatsApp.

  • One-time passcodes: when you verify your number, we text you a one-time passcode. Passcodes are sent only when you ask for one, and they aren’t marketing.

2. How you join

You join by:

  1. entering your mobile number on hypeproxies.com;

  2. ticking the consent box that describes these messages;

  3. confirming your number with the passcode we send you.

Consent isn’t a condition of buying anything from us. We keep a record of your consent: the time, the page, the wording you agreed to, and your IP address.

3. How often

Message frequency varies. You’ll typically get a few marketing messages a month at most, and more around a promotion or a restock.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don’t charge for the messages.

5. How to stop

  • SMS: reply STOP to any text message to stop all marketing texts. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT and STOP ALL also work. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve opted out, and then no more marketing texts.

  • WhatsApp: reply STOP in the chat or block our WhatsApp number.

  • Rejoin: you can rejoin at any time by signing up again.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any text for help, or email support@hypeproxies.io. Our team usually replies within 2–4 hours.

7. Who can join

The program is open to people aged 18 or older who are the account holder for the mobile number they give us, or have the account holder’s permission.

  • The program is currently open to US and Canadian mobile numbers only.

  • If we add other countries (for example through WhatsApp), we’ll update these SMS Terms first.

We may not accept virtual (VoIP) or temporary numbers.

8. Carriers and delivery

Supported carriers include the major US and Canadian carriers. Mobile carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery isn’t guaranteed and can be affected by your carrier, coverage or device.

9. Your privacy

We don’t sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. The service providers that send our messages and store contact records (our SMS and CRM providers) use your information only to provide that service to us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

10. Changes and ending the program

We may change these SMS Terms or end the program at any time. We’ll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is material, we’ll also tell subscribers by text. If you keep receiving messages after a change, the updated terms apply. If you don’t agree, reply STOP.

11. Disputes

These SMS Terms are governed by the same law, and any dispute is handled the same way, as described in sections 14 and 15 of our Terms of Service.
