Mission

Lead product and brand design across HypeProxies. Turn complex infrastructure products into clear experiences and evolve a distinct, trusted visual system.

The Opportunity

HypeProxies is one of the fastest-growing infra-first proxy and server companies in the market. We've built:

  • Fully owned infrastructure in Ashburn, VA and Dallas, TX

  • A world-class brand and reputation

  • 1,000+ servers sold and managed internally

  • A Proxmox-based VPS platform serving hundreds of B2B and data collection teams

  • A custom proxy engine and VPS platform

We're looking for a Design Lead whose portfolio shows strong product and visual craft, excellent information hierarchy, and end-to-end ownership.

You'll set product and brand direction, design high-quality web and product experiences, and build practical systems that help the team ship consistently.

What You Will Own

You will:

  • Own product and brand design direction for HypeProxies

  • Design web, marketing, and in-product experiences that make infrastructure offerings clear

  • Build and maintain a practical design system the team can actually ship with

  • Raise information hierarchy, typography, and visual quality across the site and product

  • Partner with growth and engineering on conversion-critical pages and flows

  • Establish design critique, handoff, and quality bars

  • Evolve brand expression without losing trust or clarity

Responsibilities

1. Product & Experience Design

  • Design end-to-end flows for purchase, onboarding, and self-serve product use

  • Simplify complex infrastructure concepts into clear UI and content structure

  • Prototype quickly and validate with real usage and feedback

  • Keep accessibility and responsiveness as baseline quality, not extras

2. Brand & Visual Systems

  • Own the visual language across web, product, and marketing touchpoints

  • Create reusable components, patterns, and guidelines

  • Keep the brand distinctive while staying operationally practical

  • Partner on campaigns and launches without fragmenting the system

3. Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work tightly with engineering to ship polished, production-ready UI

  • Support growth experiments with high-quality creative and landing design

  • Run lightweight design reviews that improve outcomes without slowing the team

  • Document decisions so others can extend the system confidently

What Makes This Role Special

  • You'll define how a serious infrastructure brand looks and feels as it scales.

  • You'll work directly with leadership on product direction and brand bets.

  • Your work ships to a real customer base — clarity and trust matter every day.

  • You'll build systems, not one-off screens, so quality compounds.

  • You'll have autonomy to raise the bar without design-by-committee.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: TBD, depending on experience

  • Fully remote

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Performance-based salary growth as responsibilities increase

  • Clear ownership of design as a core company function
