Why is my Baremetal server still pending?

Baremetal servers stay pending for a while because our technical team prepares, tests and checks each machine by hand before handing it over.

This takes longer than instantly delivered products like proxies and VM servers, but it's how we make sure the server is reliable from day one.

If your order has been pending for a long time, open a support ticket from your dashboard or in Discord and we'll give you a status update.
