Why are my orders cancelled or flagged as fraud?

Orders are cancelled or flagged by our built-in fraud protection, usually because of inconsistent checkout details, a VPN or a virtual card.

To avoid it: use accurate, consistent details at checkout, turn off any VPN, and pay with a real debit or credit card rather than a virtual or privacy card. Creating a new account can also help.

If it still happens after all of that, open a ticket from your dashboard or in Discord and our team will review it and help process the order manually.
