My payment failed and my plan is suspended. What should I do?

Update your payment method and complete the payment as soon as possible: a suspended plan keeps its proxy list until it's terminated.

While the order is suspended, your IPs are preserved and you'll continue with the same list once the payment goes through. If the status changes to terminated, the list is released, and after payment we'll issue you a new set of proxies.
