My plan renewed by mistake. What can I do?

Open a support ticket from your dashboard or in Discord as soon as possible: we can terminate the renewed service and add the remaining balance as store credit.

All plans auto-renew under our terms and conditions, and renewals aren't refundable, but store credit can be used toward future purchases or renewals.

To avoid this next time, cancel before your next billing date if you no longer need the service.
