Can I swap my proxies?

Yes, once: if your proxies aren't working at delivery and we confirm the issue on our end, we'll swap them.

We can't swap proxies that worked at first and were later banned or blocked through use. Some ranges are public (shared by several users), so some IPs may get flagged over time on strict platforms.

To keep your IPs' status under your control, choose a dedicated subnet.
